5g fava tonka powder JUCAREPA

How to prepare
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the tapioca flour and toast, stirring constantly, until lightly browned and fragrant.
- Reduce the heat and add the other ingredients
- Mix gently so that the sugar melts and coats the other ingredients.
- Be careful: keep the heat low and stir constantly to avoid burning. When the sugar has dissolved, remove it from the heat immediately.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking sheet or surface lined with baking paper and spread it out in a single layer so that it cools evenly.
- Store in an airtight jar in a dry, well-ventilated place to preserve the crunch.
