Amazon granola

Ingredients

60g flaked tapioca flour
25g brown sugar
25g cocoa nibs
5g fava tonka powder JUCAREPA
Pinch of salt

How to prepare

  1. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the tapioca flour and toast, stirring constantly, until lightly browned and fragrant.
  3. Reduce the heat and add the other ingredients
  4. Mix gently so that the sugar melts and coats the other ingredients.
  5. Be careful: keep the heat low and stir constantly to avoid burning. When the sugar has dissolved, remove it from the heat immediately.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking sheet or surface lined with baking paper and spread it out in a single layer so that it cools evenly.
  7. Store in an airtight jar in a dry, well-ventilated place to preserve the crunch.
