Ingredients
8 loaves of stale bread
400 ml of milk
3 eggs
250g of sugar
8g of JUCAREPA fava tonka powder
50g of chopped Brazil nuts
How to prepare
- Preheat the oven to 160°C for 5 minutes.
- Grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Cut the bread into 2-3 cm slices.
- Moisten the bread in the milk and set aside.
- Beat the eggs with sugar and fava tonka powder.
- Dip the loaves in the mixture and bake for 10-15 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- Finish with chestnuts and JUCAREPA fava tonka caramel
