RABANADA WITH fava tonka

Ingredients

8 loaves of stale bread
400 ml of milk
3 eggs
250g of sugar
8g of JUCAREPA fava tonka powder
50g of chopped Brazil nuts

How to prepare

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C for 5 minutes.
  2. Grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  3. Cut the bread into 2-3 cm slices.
  4. Moisten the bread in the milk and set aside.
  5. Beat the eggs with sugar and fava tonka powder.
  6. Dip the loaves in the mixture and bake for 10-15 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  7. Finish with chestnuts and JUCAREPA fava tonka caramel
